Our story

We spent the years most consultants only talk about.

For seventeen years the work was hands-on: engineering, commissioning, and selling automation into the process industries. Standing in front of the panel when it wouldn't come online. Sitting across the table from a plant manager who'd heard every pitch before.

Over that time one thing became obvious. Plenty of small vendors build genuinely excellent products, and then stall — not because the technology is wrong, but because they can't reach the people who need it, or speak to them in a way that lands. That gap is exactly what SynapseAI closes.

We're based in Ireland and we work across the EMEA region, bringing the network and the credibility that only come from years actually doing the job.
